Support Rules:

  2. Response Time: Our team usually replies within 0-12 hours. Please be patient after opening a ticket.

  3. One Ticket per Issue: Do not open multiple tickets for the same problem. This will only delay our response.

  4. Behavior: Abusive language or spamming the ticket system will result in the permanent suspension of your account.

  5. Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the server fails to deliver.
